Wholemeal durum wheat pasta is produced with a mixture of grains chosen by us with care with each new harvest to ensure a product with high nutritional value and optimal cooking hold. The hard grains used for the semi-wholemeal pasta are grown directly within the IRIS supply chain made up of Italian farmers and farmers and also by IRIS agricultural coop in Calvatone.

The semi-wholemeal pasta maintains the cooking, also suitable for catering. It is distinguished by its intense aroma and flavour from traditional organic semolina.

The whole process fully complies with the traditional method, with cold kneading and bronze drawing, in order to obtain a pleasantly rougher and more porous pasta, ideal for absorbing and enhancing sauces. Drying is carried out at low temperatures and for a long time, without damaging the valuable contents of hard wheat.

The agricultural cooperative Iris has been exclusively organic since its foundation.

It is located within the Natural Park Oglio Sud, rich in fauna and flora.

In the farm we have planted many hedges and rows of trees to surround the cultivated fields, the irrigation ditches are left naturalized, allowing insects and amphibians to reproduce, it is easy to see and hear frogs, frogs and toads, we see the kingfisher flying, owls, many birds populate the farm. It is easy to cross the hare, the nutria, the fox nests in our fields. A real wealth, all this helps in organic production.
